Exciting News!

On March 11th 2024 we wrote to all existing SWS Broadband customers advising of their migration to Voneus Broadband as SWS completes its merger with Voneus. This means that from 10th April 2024, our SWS Broadband customers will be Voneus Broadband customers, subject to Voneus Terms & Conditions.

The current SWS Broadband Terms & Conditions are available here and are effective until 10th April 2024.  

On 10th April 2024 all existing SWS Broadband customers will be automatically moved over to the Voneus Terms & Conditions which are available here. The Voneus policies, including the Privacy Policy, are here.

Similarly, SWS Broadband Business customers were contacted on 12th March and can find the Voneus Business Terms & Conditions here
