To successfully deliver a service, there must be a direct and unobstructed line of sight between your property and one of our relays or masts.
If you cancel within your contract period you’ll have to pay an early termination charge. This charge depends on how long is left to run on your contract.
When your contract period has ended you just need to give us at least one months‘ notice.
If you stop using the service before your notice period ends you will still be charged for the remaining days.
You can give us more than one months’ notice and even extend your notice period if a move or change is delayed – just keep us informed of your circumstances so we can keep your connection active and invoice for the days that a service is required beyond your initial notice period.
