How much notice to I have to give?

To stop your SWS Broadband service you need to give us at least one months‘ notice. You will still be able to use the service until the end of your notice period.

If you stop using the service before your notice period ends you will still be charged for the remaining days.

You can give us more than one months’ notice and even extend your notice period if a move or change is delayed – just keep us informed of your circumstances so we can keep your connection active and invoice for the days that a service is required beyond your initial notice period.
